Alix Earle Drops Go Calm Serum and Doubles Down on Her Own Brand Play

Alix Earle's Reale Actives dropped its fifth product on September 22 ... and the brand that makes it already has a $5 million day-one on the books. The new product is Go Calm ($39), a 10% azelaic acid anti-redness serum Earle developed with dermatologist Kiran Mian. It targets visible redness, dark spots, and texture — the specific skin complaint Earle says she has dealt with her whole life.

The launch numbers behind the brand put the product drop in context. Fortune reported that when Reale Actives launched earlier in 2026, it sold out by 4 p.m. on day one and crossed $5 million in total sales. Eighty percent of those sales were the full routine kit, not individual products.

Earle built the brand with a co-development partner, not a white-label deal: Mian, a board-certified dermatologist, worked on the formulation. The Go Calm serum lists azelaic acid, niacinamide, betaine, and a proprietary "Calm Signal Complex" designed to reduce stress responses in the skin.

Reale Actives' official 'Call Her Calm' campaign video for Go Calm serum.

The campaign is the part worth watching. Fashion Times UK catalogued the Easter eggs inside Earle's launch video: a deflated football and a No. 95 jersey (nodding at Deflategate and Tom Brady speculation), a goat crossing the scene (Brady's GOAT nickname), and a payphone that delivers the line "Call her calm" — wordplay on the Call Her Daddy podcast title, which references her reported public falling-out with host Alex Cooper. The concept is self-aware almost to the point of being a parody of influencer launches.

Bustle noted the campaign tagline captures the strategy cleanly: "Amid all the chaos, the Go Calm serum keeps at least one thing from acting up." The chaos is her own. The serum is the punchline.

The broader 2026 context makes the brand timing sharper. Per Fortune, Earle now reaches 15 million followers across TikTok and Instagram. Her Netflix reality show, Earle Meets World, drew 1.8 million viewers in its first week. She landed the 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit print cover. A skincare launch in the middle of that run is not an accident.

Earle told Fortune the brand is "the most rewarding thing I've done in my career." That is a pointed statement for someone who built her audience through traditional brand partnerships. She did not walk away from those deals to build Reale Actives: she added ownership on top. The $5 million first-day figure is one signal that the ownership bet is paying off.
